To start we take our base, I have chosen this Sienna Miller



Now go to Layer -> Layer Settings -> Curves and put the following:

Input: 90
(can vary n º, that as you see)
Output: 172


Now go to Layer -> Layer Settings -> Selective Color and put the following

Red
-37, +53, +57, -2

Yellow
-78, -77, -56, 0 Neutrals


+16, -14, -18, 0

again go to Layer -> Layer Settings -> Correction Selective and put the following

Red
-20, +44, +44, 0 +13


Neutral, 0, -17, 0

Finally go to Layer -> Layer Settings -> Tone saturation and saturation

You can add text, textures, whatever you want



you may not be exactly the same, because it depends on the photo that you choose, if you want to get your results in comments;)
