1. Choose your base to make the icon, I have chosen this
Lindsay Lohan
2. Duplicate the base and put it in soft light mode
3. Put this texture to multiply
4. Layer -> New Adjustment Layer -> Selective and put the following:
Reds: -100 / 0 / +100 / 0
Yellows: +100 / 0/-100/0
Neutrals: +38 / - 8/-10 / +4
5. Layer -> New Adjustment Layer -> Hue and Saturation
Saturation: +21 (this can vary, as you like it)
